2024 Annual General Meeting

Update: The AGM date has changed to Monday, November 18th. (Originally it had been set for Tue, Nov 5.)

We would like to encourage all members to join us for our Annual General Meeting on Monday, November 18th at 7:00pm in the Karen Magnussen Eagle Room.

A few major agenda items will be the approval of the League Yearly Financials, the election of new Board Members, and a draw for a free registration.

As usual, all members in attendance for the AGM will be entered in a a draw for one free registration for the 2025 season. Each registered player (last played season) is entitled to an entry for this season’s draw (e.g. 2 registered players last year = 2 entries in this year’s draw). In addition, for members of our adult league (nsihla.com), we will also be doing a draw for one free 2025 registration for the adult league. Board members are included in the draw for the free registration.

We also continue to offer a $25 AGM discount off the 2025 registration fee for all who attend. If one parent/guardian attends the Annual General Meeting, that family is entitled to a $25 discount per registered child. Please note that players registering in the U9 division and all female players are already heavily discounted, so are not eligible for the AGM discount.
